I fell in love with my 94 blue Probe GT but it was an automatic and figured if I was going to go all out it would be better if I started with the right car first. This is a 93 Ford Probe GT 5 speed. I did 3 months worth of work on it in 2 days with the help of my wife switching over parts from the blue one to the new red one. Looks hot. It has American Racing rims, cold air intake, power sunroof and I thought a cool cat back exhaust but nope, just have a small hole starting behind the cat. I let the kid I bought it from keep his Pioneer casette player and installed my Alpine and swapped out all the stock speakers with Alpine and have a speaker box / amp rack I made for the blue car but painted and added black carpet to it for the red car. Turned out really nice I must say. I have a lot of plans for this so keep checking back in.
After having the car for a week and some serious wrenching and wiring drove an hour and a half to the Willmar car show. Don't remember the exact numbers but there was around 30 classes with awards 1st thru 3rd. I got there 3 hours after registration started so a lot of people voted before I even got there otherwise might have been able to pull off a first but went home with 2nd place in the 1982-2002 Modified class.
The VIS carbonfiber hood ordered from Andy's Autosports was a big hit at the show as well as my hatch set up. Got a lot of nice comments and for being out of place among all the classics it got alot of attention. Can't wait for the next show.

I added a ps2 and 13" monitor on 5-31-08. Played guitar hero all day until the Battery went dead even on the battery charger. I'll have to limit how much I use it at car shows and start the car once in awhile. I ordered a carbonfiber gauge bezel and silver faced gauges from Probe Addiction and speed hut. Should look hot when they are installed.
