mass air flow sensor and no2

my fiance has ordered a granatelli mass airflow sensor for me (early birthday present sept 9th) finally an extra 8-20hp at the wheels and i'm getting an nitrous express kit only going to use the 50 hp jet (single shot 5lb tank)not going to give it too much gotta keep the engine from frying. if anyone thinks the no2 is a bad idea let me know why so i can judge putting it in based on input thanks alot .
