When I first pulled up to his house, Nick and a friend were outside lovingly rubbing down their prized vehicles. Despite the fact that Nick hadn't even showered himself, his car was gleaming in the intermittent Seattle sun,
primed and ready for some spanking, sparkling photo shots of the very first prize winning car in the Carster "Car of the Month" contest.
Speeding around Bellevue was a gas (if you'll pardon the expression), and everyone was outside enjoying the rare first of June sunshine. While pumping the fuel at a local gas station, a Hep-Cat in a test drive Toureg spotted the
larger than life-sized check in Nick's possession and gave him the thumbs up. "You won a thousand dollars?" he said. "Yep," was Nick's humble reply, as he patted his prize-winning beauty, then quickly polished away the
inadvertent hand-print with a micro-fiber cloth he pulled from his pocket.
